1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or refund.
To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, simply contact us at support@magnetra.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product arrived damaged or defective).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service.


3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or payment provider — processing times can vary.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, contact us immediately at info@mymagnetra.com.
We’ll replace the item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.


5. Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
